THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

• Sweep and mop all floors.

• Strip floors including corners/behind toilets, one coat of sealer and wax floors; two (2) coats minimum

   Note:  Floor Stripping and waxing services avaible upon request

• When stripping floors, wipe off walls, cove base, and doors that have been splashed with dirty water and stripper immediately.

• Clean all cove base's and baseboards and remove all dirt and debris.

• Clean inside, outside and top of kitchen cabinets/drawers/kick plates underneath cabinets (Must be free of all dirt, debris and grease).

• Polish kitchen cabinets with furniture polish.

• Clean all refrigerators and freezers interior and exterior.

• Clean ranges inside and out. Clean oven, oven rack, door and burners as well as broiler door and pan. 

          (Must be free of all dirt, debris and grease).

• Clean and degrease range hood, if not replaced.

• Clean and polish countertops.

• Clean all closets, including floors and cobwebs.

• Clean wire shelving throughout the unit, including but not limited to pantry and closets.

• Wash windows inside and out, including frames and sills. 
  
  
• Clean debris out of window/door tracks and sills.

• Clean and polish all faucets, including removing calcium deposits.

• Clean and polish all tubs, showers, and tub shower combinations including ceramic wall tile or tub surrounds as applicable.

• Clean and polish toilets, sinks, lavatories, vanities, towel bars, tissue, soap and toothbrush holders.

• Clean mirrors and medicine cabinets (inside and out).

• Clean receptacle plates and switch plates throughout the unit.

• Clean light fixture lens/shields (Must be free of all dirt, debris and grease).

• As they apply, clean storm doors, inside and out, removing debris from the tracks as well. Clean thresh-holds.

• Clean all interior doors both sides.

• Clean and polish all door hardware, including doorknobs, strike plates, and hinges.

• Clean/dust exterior of furnace and hot water heater.

• Clean utility room.

• Clean with appropriate cleaners.
  
  

Patch nail holes and small holes and dings up to 1" square.

Patch small holes and dings from 1" square to 4" square.

Patch holes and dings from 4" square to 8" square.

Patch holes larger than 8"

square. (size and description

of deficiency will be noted).

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

• All floors and stairs should be dropped before any painting is started. 

• All stickers and tape should be removed from all surfaces to be painted.

• Contractor will use the owner’s supplied paint for all areas.

• Patch all nail holes, dings and cracks.

• Wash down walls with T.S.P. if needed.

• Remove all switch and receptacle plates prior to painting.

• All patches must be sanded to an acceptable level for painting.

• All paint and clear coats shall be smooth, even, and finished. No flash spots. No fish eyes, holidays.

• Apply two coats of paint for walls, ceilings and trim.

• Paint interior of dwelling walls and ceilings including closets, utility rooms, and trim.

• Ensure light fixtures, sprinkler heads (if applicable), hardware, plates, and other accessories are free of paint. (Remove fixtures, if necessary, and re-install).
  
  
• Contractor shall clean- up and legally dispose of all paint related debris and trash after service is completed.



✔️ Lawn mowing and trimming

✔️ Pickup trash and remove it from the property.

✔️ Spray herbecide along buildings and fence line.

✔️ Apply lawn fertilizer and weed control.
