IMPORTANT NOTICE!
- All floors and stairs should be dropped before any painting is started.
- All stickers and tape should be removed from all surfaces to be painted.
- Contractor will use the owner’s supplied paint for all areas.
- Patch all nail holes, dings and cracks.
- Wash down walls with T.S.P. if needed.
- Remove all switch and receptacle plates prior to painting.
- All patches must be sanded to an acceptable level for painting.
- All paint and clear coats shall be smooth, even, and finished. No flash spots. No fish eyes, holidays.
- Apply two coats of paint for walls, ceilings and trim.
- Paint interior of dwelling walls and ceilings including closets, utility rooms, and trim.
- Ensure light fixtures, sprinkler heads
(if applicable), hardware, plates, and other accessories are free of paint.
(Remove fixtures, if necessary, and re-install).
- Contractor shall clean- up and legally dispose of all paint related debris and trash after service is completed.
